Retrofit Electric – Sneak Peek of AMR Warehouse Project!

We’re not just doing lighting anymore! Check out our Retrofit Electric crew at work on an office-buildout project at the Advanced Masonry Restoration (AMR) Warehouse in St. Paul, MN!

Retrofit Electric and Retrofit Lighting are both supporting an office buildout in a large commercial space for AMR! This is a design-build project, so our team is able to provide a custom solution tailored to their specific use case.

The building will accommodate multiple tenants and is a multi-use commercial building made up of warehouse, storage, manufacturing, and office spaces. One fun aspect of this big project is the color-tunable lighting in the office space used for creating a tunable desired “feel”. Tunable LED lighting is the new standard in businesses due to its variety of benefits. Another unique aspect of this project is that our electric crew re-configured the electrical room to accommodate an office and warehouse load since it was previously set up for just manufacturing.
