Environmental Customer Service Representative

Retrofit Environmental is looking for a hard-working, positive, and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.  Our Customer Service Team is a vital piece of our customers’ overall experience.  They serve as the bridge between the customer and the operations team by actively communicating with customers, keeping accurate records, and ensuring that the operations team has the information they need to be successful.

As an entry-level position, this role can serve as the foundation for a promising career with room for growth and expansion.  Those experienced with customer service will continue to build on their skills in a positive team environment where your contributions will never go unnoticed. No prior experience is required for this role, but experienced individuals are encouraged to apply.  This opportunity is perfectly suited for individuals who are eager to learn and grow professionally. We will provide on the job training for all technical details related to the regulated waste industry, however a qualified candidate must have the following:

Pay:

The pay range for the Environmental Customer Service role is $20-$25/hr., depending on qualifications and experience.
