Retrofit Environmental is looking for a hard-working, positive, and dependable individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate/Driver.
At Retrofit Environmental, we believe in investing in your future. As an entry-level position, this role can serve as the foundation for a promising career with room for growth and expansion. The position will primarily be working as a general laborer, sorting/packaging, loading/unloading trucks in the warehouse but will also be driving as a back-up when needed. As a back-up driver, a commercial driver’s license will be required; however, if you are a hard worker with a strong work ethic and do not have a CDL, Retrofit will train and pay for schooling required to obtain a commercial license.
Required
- Clean driving record (must be insurable under company’s insurance policy)
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic/motivated
- Reliable
- Ability to lift, carry, and/or move materials weighing more then 100 pounds with mechanical assistance
- GED or High School Diploma
- Pass Pre-employment drug screening/Random drug screening (required for CDL drivers)
Preferred Skills
- Class A/B CDL Commercial Driver license
- HazMat Endorsement
- Forklift certification
- Prior experience with regulated waste and driving a box truck
- Zero moving violations or accidents on driving record
