We are excited to launch our Electrician Apprenticeship program – a pathway to Journey Worker in as little as 4 years! We have multiple path options through our partnership with The EA Apprenticeship Program that can be customized to your career plan.
The Retrofit Companies, Inc. wants to support you in your career journey, whatever that may look like. We believe in promoting from within and we have supported Apprentice Electricians through their pathway to Journey Worker and beyond, including promotions to Project Managers, Project Developers, Purchasing Agents, Electrical Estimators and more. Our Apprenticeship Program is the first step in a career path with options and support from our experienced team.
