Minnesota is the 23rd state to legalize cannabis, subsequently the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management will start issuing grow licenses in early 2025.

While Xcel’s program supports growing canopies of all sizes, CEE’s program is designed to support small to mid-sized businesses in Xcel Energy territory and provides specific incentives for canopies under 8,000 square feet.
