Wendy Fry, President and Owner of Retrofit Electric, a division of The Retrofit Companies, Inc. (TRC) was recently featured in a member spotlight with MN Electrical Association. 

 

When it comes to running a successful electrical contracting business, TRC owner Wendy Fry is convinced that the partnership with Minnesota Electrical Association is an integral catalyst.

TRC, known primarily as a lighting and controls contractor, merged back into construction and renovation services 3 years ago and continues to operate out of Owatonna, MN and Little Canada, MN. “To be effective in that market, we knew we were going to need a lot of new skills for our team of electricians, as well as safety and regulatory support. We get all of that from the team at MN Electrical Association”, said Fry.

“Our registered apprenticeship program provided by ETN of MN is a program that adds structure and discipline to the apprentices road to success. We’re proud to have extremely talented, conscientious & capable electricians on our team.”
