Our team is trained and certified in safety protocols such as:

• OSHA 24 HAZWOPR

• OSHA 40 HAZWOPR

• EPA 608 Universal Certified

• OSHA Certified Trainer in First Aid, CPR & AED

PROACTIVE RISK MANAGEMENT

We implement structured, proactive safety behaviors, such as

• Job Hazard Analysis, conducted daily on each project

• Weekly toolbox talks are required for all employees

• QR Coded Posters available throughout our workplaces, which allow easy access to our SDS retrieval system.

• Smartphone/Tablet, APP based equipment inspections and JSAs

  • Equipment inspections indicating a deficiency are reported to EHS Manager in real time

• Safety committee meetings

• In-Person Safety Training Days - 2 days/year, Spring & Fall)

• Voluntary Minnesota OSHA Inspections every 2 years

• CHWMEG Reviewed USDOT 10-Day transfer facility

• Inspections conducted bi-annually by Ramsey County Department of Environmental Health (MPCA)

• MPCA Facility Inspections, conducted weekly
