TO BE ELIGIBLE, BUSINESSES MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: 

1. Must be an existing commercial property located within the city of St. Louis Park

2. Energy Assessments must be performed within 36 months of and prior to commencing any work eligible for cost-sharing funds. (These assessments are free, unless you are a large commercial or Industrial facility. Assessments for these businesses will be $100, discounted from the city from $500) 

3. Applicant must be the property owner or manager

**Eligible projects include efficient lighting, refrigeration, HVAC, controls, air sealing and insulation improvements. You'll need your efficiency report and W-9 form. You'll be updated on application status within 15 business days of receipt.
