OUR ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY COMMITMENT

We don’t just follow safety protocols—we live them. Our EHS program starts with the foundation of comprehensive in-person training. It is built around proactive, scheduled behaviors that keep job site safety front and center every single day. It’s how we stay consistent, prepared, and focused—so everyone goes home safe.

These are just a few ways we keep safety front and center:

• Job Hazard Analysis - Conducted by Jobsite Supervisor and communicated to the team, weekly (or as hazards change)

• Toolbox Talks - Conducted Weekly

• Equipment Inspections - Completed through app and deficiencies reported in real time to EHS Manager

• Safety Committee Meetings

• Employee In-Person Safety Training Days - 2 days/year, Spring and Fall

• Journeymen & Apprentices trained to NFPA 70E Electrical Safety

• Mobile Elevating Work Platform Training (MEWP)
