Lighting Retrofit Case Study - Industrial Door
Upon job complettion, employees said "We can actually see now!" The new fixtures consume just 224 watts each, use high lumen lamps and specially designed specular reflectors to maximize the overall light level.
FACILITY STATISTICS
This industrial facility with a ceiling height of 20 feet was previously lit with inefficient Metal Halide fixtures, using 460 watter per fixture. Secondary T5 fixtures were added by another contractor for additional light, but no measures were taken to reduce energy consumption.
TRC worked with this company to take care of their universal waste needs, and were able to offer retrofit and lighting redesign services to correct these issues. TRC proposed an energy efficient system with standardized technology for ease of maintenance and aesthetic consistency.
